Manetta Navarrete - I was a CNA for over seven years in long term care facilities. I have been an LPN Nurse for seven years, in long term care facilities, home health care, and rehabilitation hospitals. Family has always been very important to me, which is one of the reasons why I decided to pursue a career in health care. I took care of my grandfather after he had a stroke and became paralyzed on one side many years ago. I have witnessed numerous friends and family having to make the difficult decision to put their loved ones in a nursing home. Not only have I witnessed this, but I also worked in these facilities to see many residents with not enough staff, leaving residents to have to wait longer to be fed, use the restroom or go to bed. For these reasons, it has always been a dream of mine to own my own residential care home and give all the love and support they need and deserve. To ensure our residence never feels alone or forgotten. 

Francisa Richardson - Is also experienced disabilities and the need for care in her own family, which is why she became an entrepreneur and continues to grow in this business. She has over 10 years of experience in this field of business, owning 7 residential care homes with Divine Care Homes. Her dedication to quality, community involvement, strong leadership, is genuine and compassionate. This is why we are so passionate about this company. We will remain focused on creating a culture within the company that every resident will be treated with the same care and compassion that we would want for our own family members and loved ones.
